The National Society Daughters of the American Revolution (NSDAR or DAR) is passionate about the education of America’s youth. For over 125 years, the NSDAR has carried the torch of patriotism. The NHSODAR is made up of twenty-five chapters from across the state.
Montana State Society
​With 10 active chapters, the Montana State Society is part of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR). The DAR is a nonprofit, nonpolitical women’s service organization made up of over 187,000 women whose mission is historic preservation, education, and patriotism.

Kentucky State Society
Almost 5,000 Kentucky Society Daughters of the American Revolution (KSDAR) in 83 chapters. Building on our state’s history, the KSDAR unites women from every corner of the Bluegrass in service to our communities, state, and nation.
Kansas State Society
DAR has members in 3,000 chapters across the United States and internationally. Any woman 18 years or older, regardless of race, religion, or ethnic background, can prove lineal descent from a Patriot of the American Revolutionary War.
Iowa State Society
The National Society Daughters of the American Revolution, founded in 1890, is a non-profit, non-political, volunteer women’s service organization. Membership in the society is open to any woman 18 years or older, regardless of race, religion, or ethnic background, who can prove lineal descent from a patriot. Iowa is home to 43 chapters and about 1,800 members.
Georgia State Society
The National Society Daughters of the American Revolution (NSDAR or DAR) was founded in 1890 and headquartered in Washington, D.C. Any woman 18 years or older regardless of race, religion, sexual orientation, or ethnic background is eligible for membership. Georgia Daughters welcome you to join DAR!
District of Columbia State Society
The DCDAR is a motivated, multi-generational women’s volunteer service organization. Any woman 18 years of age or older, regardless of race, religion or ethnic background, can prove lineal, bloodline descent from an ancestor who aided in achieving American independence.
Delaware State Society
The Delaware State Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution (NSDAR or DAR) is the largest most active lineage-based service organization. Delaware is a small state but we have six very active, vibrant chapters. The Delaware daughters join with chapters across the nation to encourage and promote the mission of this organization.
